    used mobile homes might be tough to get financing on. It might be better saving your money and working on improving your credit score

    try beneficial, they help people with poor credit. However, in your situation I don’t think it will be the credit that hurts you, but it will be the fact that you are trying to finance a mobile home, almost all banks won’t put a mortgage on a mobile home. (mainly becuase unlike houses that raise in value, mobile homes LOSE value) similar to buying a car..
