Have you tried your local Smal Business Administration? They will give you special consideration if you are a woman or other minority. Also, maybe a credit union. I have a low credit score also but they gave me a car loan when other banks would not. You may even be eligible for a grant through the SBA.
Getting a loan to pay for living expenses is the surest way to financial ruin. What you may wish to look for is assistance through your local social or human services office. If you are lower income and meet their qualifications, you might be able to receive subsidized daycare.
