I am interested in meeting a private individual that I can meet in New York City that deals in short term personal cash loans. I am not interested in dealing with a bank, credit union, check cashing company, payday loan company or any individual that is located in the UK, overseas or in any other city other than New York. If you are located in New York I will need to personally meet with you to discuss this proposal.

I am not willing to pay any upfront fees including but not limited to insurance fees, application fees, security fees or any other creative fee that a scam artist can think of.
